Consent to Personal Data Processing

1. Methods of Data Submission

A Data Subject is an individual who has provided their personal data to the Operator by one of the following means:

• completing the contact form on the Website;
• sending personal data to the Operator's email address listed on the Website;
• communicating personal data by phone to the Operator's number listed on the Website.

Completing the form, sending an email, or making a call constitutes full and unconditional consent to the processing of personal data under the terms of this Consent.

2. Personal Data

Personal data means any information relating to the Data Subject as specified in this Consent.

3. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing personal data is to process user inquiries and requests; to communicate with Data Subjects on matters related to the Operator's activities; to conclude and perform service contracts.

4. Categories of Processed Data

The Operator processes the following non-special and non-biometric personal data:

• first name, last name, middle name (if provided);
• phone number;
• email address;
• message text provided by the user via the Website.

5. Data Operations

The Operator carries out collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, extraction, use, transfer, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data. Both automated and non-automated (manual) processing are performed.

6. Transfer to Third Parties

Personal data is not publicly available. The Operator may transfer personal data to third parties providing services to the Operator (hosting providers, email services), solely for the purposes established by this Consent, subject to ensuring secure processing and prohibiting use for other purposes.

7. Term and Withdrawal

This Consent is valid for 10 (ten) years or until withdrawn by the Data Subject. Upon written request of the Data Subject (including by email) to cease processing, the Operator undertakes to stop processing within 3 (three) working days, and will notify the Data Subject within 10 (ten) working days in writing and/or by email.

8. Final Provisions

Matters not governed by this Consent are subject to Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated July 27, 2006, and the Operator's Privacy Policy published at: Privacy Policy.

This Consent is an integral part of the Operator's Privacy Policy.
